Bakeware
The roasting pans are metal trays with special non-stick coating or enamel, sometimes very similar to a grill, over which you put the food to cook in the oven. They are commonly used as a support for specific baking recipes like sweets, cookies, cakes, etc... other savory dishes like pizza, vegetables, meats or fish.
The roasting pans are usually in metal or glass. Amongst its glass roasting pans IBILI has the Kristall collection, which includes glass baking pans in all shapes; oval, rectangular, square, round, pans in various sizes, glass for the oven and with ridges etc. The IBILI catalog also has roasting pans like its cast aluminum pans, stainless steel and steel sheet. It also has non-stick aluminum roasting pans.
From its Induplus collection made in cast aluminum, to its Bistrot, Clásica and Plus collection in stainless steel, Moka in steel sheet and Cupra, Blu and Venus in aluminum.
About the materials:
- Aluminum: this is a light material that obtains optimal distribution of heat.
- Cast aluminum: these have the inconvenience of weighing more, but are preferred by many chefs since they do not easily overheat and the heat is uniformly distributed.
- Stainless steel: Stainless steel pans are one of the most recommended alternatives if you do not want to buy a titanium or ceramic non-stick pan, or if you are not convinced by cast iron. These are mainly valued for their great resistance.
