The cream whipper is one of the most appreciated accessories in modern kitchens, and is a lot easier to use than you think! The cream dispenser is a kitchen tool that converts any liquid into a mousse. You do not have to add eggs, cream, sugar or flour to obtain a consistent foam, allowing you create dishes without altering the original flavour, and maintaining calories to a minimum.
It works with nitrogen oxide (NO2) cartridges, similar to a whipped cream bottle. In fact, if you use liquid cream in the cream whipper and add NO2, we obtain the same result: whipped cream; that´s why it also goes by the names of whip cream dispenser or whipped cream maker. A cream whipper adds sophistication to mousses, creams, sauces, drinks and cocktails easily. At IBILI we have two models: a cream dispenser or culinary whipper. Both are aluminum and in two sizes: 0.5L and 1L. We have decided to use the term cream whipper for our catalogue, but it is still the same thing. To properly use the cream whipper, just get used to it so you can start to enjoy the many possibilities of culinary whippers.
For the gas cartridge, the cream whipper includes a gas holder, which is basically a steel cylindrical tube to place gas cartridges. Turning the top of the dispenser at the valve assures a safe connection to empty the gas within the cream dispenser. Once the gas has been transferred, you can remove the gas holder and discard the empty cartridge.
