Cake mould

The mould is coated with a layer of very tough vitrified enamelled steel. This makes the tin extremely strong and durable so you can cut directly on the base with a knife or spatula without damaging it. Because of that, you've got the great advantage of being able to serve food on the same base that it was cooked in.
Enamelled steel is an excellent heat conductor and has good non-stick properties. The tin doesn't give out particles, flavours or odours and because of that, you can get the best texture and authentic traditional baked flavour.
