Made from non-deformable cast aluminium and equipped with a reinforced PFAS-free non-stick coating, it guarantees safe and environmentally friendly cooking.
Its Full Induction stainless steel base covers the entire base, allowing for maximum energy efficiency and fast, even heating, especially on induction hobs.
Functional details such as removable silicone handles with a soft-touch finish ensure comfort and safety, while the tempered glass lid (resistant up to 230°C) allows for controlled cooking without heat loss.
The entire ESBEN range is suitable for the oven and all types of hobs, although it is recommended to remove the silicone handles during cooking.
